Deep fried Turkey. Though I've only had that once, and I don't live in the south anymore, so I guess I'm not getting it this year :(

Deep fried turkey is utterly amazing. I know our local Kroger will do it (for a fee), but you have to set up the whole thing in advance.

Other faves: pumpkin pie and pecan pie.
