Nothing has really changed in the last 5 or so years, there is a new level pack on the front page and TODOA was released. The MP production line has fallen completely silent.

Oh, and just a mod that updates all the player and weapon models, a patch that removes the thing limit and adds cog functionality, and an entire game type set around dueling. So yeah, nothing has changed since the zone.
