Don't know if any of you have read about it, but Andy's cancer came back. This sucks! They're working on replacing him in the show.... I'm not sure it will work.

I was really looking forward to the next season.

Too much added sex and language for me to make it past the first season. It was like Roman era Howard stern.

I seem to say this about a lot of shows so maybe I just don't like anything, but it feels like an adult soap opera to me. I just don't care about the characters at all.

I think that's a bit over-exaggerated. Though I do agree a lot of it was added in simply because of the network it's on.

Dude if you took a shot for every time you saw a pair of ****, you have alcohol poisoning by the end of one episode. And phrases like jupiters cock, and all of the other phallac references, I mean Jesus Christ it just got comical after awhile.

You're not considering the fact that Gladiator lifestyle (including the lower class nobles who controlled it) probably wasn't much better than that in actuality.

Aside from that, it's a far stretch to compare a handful of odd cursing and some nudity to a talk show that regularly involves porn stars doing sex acts on air.
