Yea, I'm only a third of the way through, and I'm about 99.9% certain it has this question wrong:

What does the judicial branch do?

A. Resolves Disputes
B. decides if a law goes against the Constitution
C. reviews laws
D. All of the above.

Now, I would say C is incorrect, which means D would be incorrect, but here's the problem: Both A and B are true. So I answer D since it's the only one that'd make sense.

Apparently they disagree, saying only A. is correct. The Judicial Branch can't define something as unconstitutional? What?

I don't know if I can sit through this. Having to press the next button twice and scroll down a bit each time is annoying >:| (My browser is in windowed mode running smaller on my 2nd screen at work)

The one that screwed me was the Courts one that CM said. The other one I remember is who wrote the Federalist Papers, couldn't remember if it was Adams or Madison.

Also got stuck when the page wouldn't advance on 30-something...

I seem to only miss items that refer to specific people from history that I haven't learned since the 6th grade.

I quit when I decided that 12 page views was enough for only answering 6 questions.

Quickly reviewing the Constitution it would appear that A would be the most appropriate answer but I don't think it is a particularly well worded set of answers. Or question, for that matter.

They must have updated it because I just answered that D and got it correct.

I got it wrong too and it said the answer was A when I did the test.

I'm not sure why it said A, but C is correct. D is the right answer. That's unless the point of the question is that the power of the federal judicial branch is limited to "actual cases or controversies" and it can't issue advisory decisions that review a law or declare it unconstitutional. Then it actually is just A. But yeah, it's not very well-worded.

It didn't when I submitted the question. I guess they can't make up their minds?

18 out of 20 before I got tired of clicking. Not bad for a forr'ner.

I felt cheated when it turned out that Nancy Pelosi was no longer the speaker as of yesterday.

I counted 7 ads on that page. 7 ads each on 96 question pages and another 96 answer pages is 1344 ads. Ish.

There's no way in hell I'm sitting through that.

It'd be a lot more bearable if it didn't take two clicks to get to each question -__-

Same here... only got 1 or 2 wrong before then. I'm pretty sure some people I know would not pass this, though.

90/96. I can run for president now!

-I'm going to say the only one I really failed at was the Federalist papers one, the rest were me misreading, misinterpreting, or getting the wrong connection in my head. I just straight up don't know who wrote the federalist papers.

94/96

I missed the Speaker of the House because I instinctively clicked Pelosi, and I said there were 23 amendments when there are 27.

I figured maybe he meant that the "correct" answer was Pelosi even though it is no longer true.

got bored at around question 45, probably had about 5-6 wrong at that point but considering I'm a Brit I'm pretty happy with that.
