Yes. 1 1/2 hour film, made entirely in GTA4. Voice acting isn't great, and the storyline is a bit predictable, but it's amusing and different. Pretty awesome considering what they worked with.

Also: explicit content warning. This is GTA after all.

Got about 45 minutes into it and stopped. Cool idea but way too slow, feels like a bad B rate movie. Very impressive for what it is though.
