Strange computer issue...

Desktop PC, came down this morning, and noticed it was off. Hit the power button. On the first screen of the BIOS a message comes up which says something to the effect of "USB device over-current detected. System will shut down in 15 seconds." And then it shots down.

The only USB devices that have ever been connected to the computer are a webcam, and a wireless keyboard/mouse combo. Naturally, my first instinct was to disconnect them, but it didn't make any difference.

Any suggestions?

I would try resetting the cmos.

You need to buy more GB's and 56k's.

Sometimes stuff connected to the motherboard IDs as USB for ease of driver installation. Try opening it up and unplugging stuff.
