Here's the kicker: The hearing was today. That's right, there was a hearing over it.

Dang.

This woman is doing a service to the public. Sean Combs, Kim Porter and Rodney King NEED to be stopped, or else they'll inflict more mass destruction upon America (and possibly someplace else, too).
Looks like we're not going down after all, so nevermind.

Thing is, you kind of have to let her have a hearing. The judge has to at least give her a chance to present evidence before he throws the case out.

True but in cases like this I sorta hope that the Judge is viciously scathing in his dismissal for the purposes of maximum public humiliation.

If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

How did it even get this far, what kind of lawyer would take such a case?

No lawyer in his right mind. She's probably self-representing.

Or maybe she's being represented by a lawyer who's not in his right mind!

OR she's rich and is paying him prime cash. Would make sense with everything else she's got going on. Why not add the fact that she is obscenely rich?

He made the 9th of November happen?

THAT *******.
nope.

I would totally love to see what kind of evidence she tries to bring.

"Here's a picture of me winning the $100 Zillions poker chip at this casino in Mississippi."

"Ma'am, you can't submit that as evidence. It's clearly doctored. That is no such monitary amout as 100 Zillions"

I think exceptions can be made when you claim your 'loss of income' is twice the net worth of the world's richest person.
