well, here's my second attempt at putting tattoos on myself. actually came out pretty darn good. one spot i can see where i actually really messed up.

Yeah, you have to keep shaving it or you get hairy tattoos.

A friend of mine is a cop. Him and his partner pulled a guy over for rolling through a stop sign, and let me go because he had a Mandalorian skull on his back window, and a tattoo.
Steal my dreams and sell them back to me.....

That doesn't make any sense. Why would they let you go because some other guy had a nerdy tattoo and decal?

So, now, that makes me think. His friend cop pulled him over while he was a passenger with a guy with crazy tattoos and decals. His friend cop let him go because he was concerned about his safety. So what did they do to the guy with the weird tattoos?

Lol no. It's on my leg and I have pretty light colored hair so no need. I shave my arms but not my legs.

Well now I'm curious, what scenario have you 'heard' has the highest probability in which serial killers are caught? In the act of murder? At home watching TV?

Now that I think about it, I've been often accused of having a tattoo from an anime. Refuse to acknowledge the truth of it.
