Rather than the recent purchases thread, post things that you're considering buying but may or may not get!

I spotted this in a shop the other day and I'm considering blowing my Jazzmaster fund on it.

I just ordered a 3g one this morning with a bunch of Discover card points. I figure I've held out long enough.

Have a Late 2009 13" MBP right now, might consider updating later this year or perhaps hold out for a redesign.

That is such a rad car, I was just looking at them the other day. Too bad it won't tow my boat :(

Got my eye on Revoltech Jack Sparrow and distressingly, this, a character I've never heard of from a show I've never watched just because I really like the color. What I really want, though, is a Revoltech Skeleton, because I've heard nothing but good things about it and it's a realistic skeleton with deadly weapons, and Revoltech Vash if I ever see him anywhere on the internet for under 50 dollars.

-Aside from that, I think I've pretty much satisfied myself and burnt out my birthday money, so I'm pretty much just waiting on my paycheck at this point.

Hey, Blue? I'm loving the things you do. From the very first time, the fight you fight for will always be mine.

Highly recommend it! I have a Nook, because it has e-lending so I can use a library as well instead of buying all my books, but I've heard wonderful things about the Kindle as well.
Fincham: Where are you going?
Me: I have no idea
Fincham: I meant where are you sitting. This wasn't an existential question.

There is a place just outside of town maybe an hour away from me that has 20-30 of these things at a time. Last time I checked cheapest they start at is about $3,500. I hear they can be had at government auctions for cheeeaaap.

I'm about to sell everything that I own & then start all over again on the other side of the pond! I haven't yet started thinking about specifics but it's rather exciting knowing that I'll have to buy many new (& new to me) things.

Raise. Pay raise.

-Meanwhile, I had my hours docked due to ongoing budget cuts. I'm now down to 72 hours a month, meaning I no longer have health insurance. So... I'm just gonna not leave the house, so I don't get run over by a car or anything.

But I keep wondering if that wouldn't be creepy for visitors to have a bunch of giant-eyed birds in the room with them. What do you people think?
