I got hellishly sick a few weeks ago down at recruit training. Some kind of infection in my windpipe I guess. They said I'd never get better as long as I was on Parris Island cause all of the crap in the air down there and DI's constantly stressing you out. So they sent me home to get better. I figure screw it, I was only 10 days away from being a Marine anyway. I'm gonna go finish my degree and go to OCS instead of going back to recruit training.

Actually if I go back to recruit training they told me to go to San Diego for it because the air is 100x better there.
