I walked around downtown Annapolis with some friends, got separated from said friends, found said friends again, walked halfway across the city with said friends, walked back a few minutes later, and watched fireworks with said friends.

Hung out at my friends house, 5 guys, with his parents and their older friends. We all played video games, then watched Monster House, then South Park, Then some Japanese games (on spike TV) where people were doing wierd competitions, jumping from spinning things over water, being shot by volleyballs, etc., getting injured, it was funny. We missed new years by like 3 seconds, when we changed the channel...so mad.

Went over to friend's house with some other guys, watched space ghost DVD and donnie darko. Then played soul calibur 2 until our thumbs fell off and we passed out.

I invited some friends over, we went to see Big Fish, then another friend came over and we played Soul Calibur II for a while.

We then began to watch the extended edition of FOTR. At midnight we lit some fireworks, and got yelled at becuase we lit some earlier than midnight. We watched TTT extended, and another friend showed up.

When morining came, no one could go home becuase of the snow, which we very rarely get in Oregon. It was to dangerous to drive for a while. So everyone didn't end up leaving untill about 3:30 pm.

I also chopped up a snowman with an axe. That was fun.

Short Version:
I went with my cousins to their condo (old tobacco barn out in the country with an upstairs finnished with plywood and bunkbeds) and we sat around the fire all night w/ beverages and conversation. Then we got 3 hours of sleep before we got up to go hunting.

Longer Version:
We didn't get too sleepy because of the fireworks that we were consistently dodging. They had the great idea of holding a little bottle rocket by the end of the stick, lighting the fuse in the fire, and then throwing it up into the air before the engine kicked in. Three people ended up getting hit, and we had two huge bottle rockets go streight into the group, and explode on trucks and stuff. FUN.
And one of the guys unloaded all ten rounds in his automatic pistol at midnight.
