Well something in the composition makes it stand out because the forums are uglier than ever

... Are you sure that you're not zoomed way out in your browser? Because everything looks pretty standard to me. The buttons are slightly different and there are some extra cells in the tables but none of that has to do with the many different sizes of what looks like Verdana to me.

While I'm not a huge fan of the current theme, I must say that the old theme was ass-ugly, despite it being part of Massassi tradition. If you want to see a really ugly forum theme, go back to when the forums were over at jedinights.com. Personally, its merely made my foruming more enjoyable because it has inspired me to drink more martinis while browsing (garnished with olives of course).

Made a Stylish theme that at least makes it more legible
