So my friend and I have been working on an Android gaming company (www.happymonstergames.com) for a little while, and we just launched our first game! We've gotten some pretty decent press so far, and I'm expecting more later. The best part so far has been when the official Wikileaks twitter account tweeted about our game! (http://twitter.com/#!/wikileaks/status/62906722393665537)

It's selling on the Android Market for $0.99, but there's a free demo (java applet. They're not great, but it's an easy port from Android) on our website) if you want to try it.

If you have an Android phone, I would REALLY SUPER DUPER HUGELY APPRECIATE IT if you downloaded it and reviewed/rated it. 5 star reviews do amazing things for your rankings on the Market, and a lot of people download and try things but don't rate. You can find it here: https://market.android.com/details?id=happymonster.wikileaks&feature=search_result (thanks mb for being not-dumb like me)

Thanks Massassi!

I don't have such a phone myself, but I played it on the website. I've never been real good at these sort of games myself, but it looks amusing enough! Best of luck!

I can't find it on the android market. I'd be more than happy to purchase it!

After playing Bioshock, I don't think I can get too excited for pipe puzzles anymore. No offense though. :/

i've only played the java applet, but i feel as though once you've gotten to a point where teh info cant get out, it just kind of sits there. theres no feeling of accomplishment? are you supposed to guide the things back into the building? or just keep them from escaping?

@Ford: Yeah, the text in the opening says you're supposed to use the pipes to get the bugs back to the building.

Oh, it requires 2.1. My phone is still stuck in 1.6 land because Sony Ericsson won't launch the update.

:/ Sucks. We decided it was safest/easiest to support to only develop for 2.1+. Over 90% of Android phones are running that, and the ones that aren't have much smaller screens, slower processors, etc etc. Shoot me an email, zac@happymonstergames.com, I can send you the APK so you can still play it. No guarantees it'll work, but you can at least try.

Force close on first launch, worked after that though. Droid X w/ Gingerbread. Also there is a weird HOM like effect on the right of the screen. Probably because Motorola's screens are a 854x480 instead of 800x480.

Will try on my Nook Color w/ Gingerbread when I get home.
