I need to move QuickBooks and all related files from an old computer to a new one for a family member. I'm not sure how to do it, but I doubt it's as easy as copy/paste from one hard drive to another. I have both drives hooked up to my desktop right now but I'm wary of trying it without knowing I won't screw up something. She paid for the version on the old computer but she says the install disc is telling her it can't activate more than one computer, and I don't know of any other way around this. Any help?
