I've watched them. Here's the series in a nutshell...

WARNING! SPOILER HEAVY

Episode One: the Phantom Menace:

In a battle between Pedators and Tony Stark, GLaDOS is ejected from the crippled and now captured ship, Isimura. Captain Kirk finds GLADoS and takes the Battlestar Galactica, Captained by Malcom Reynolds, to the 1950s, and on the way, learns the ways of the force from Gandolf the Grey. They discover that the 1950s have been destroyed by the SpaceBall One. They go to the 1800s to deliver the SpaceBall plans to the Doc, but not before rescuing the captured Princess Padme Amadalla from the Umbrella Corporation. Gandolf gets killed by the vampire hunter master, Abe Lincoln, who was once Gandolf's pupil.

After they arrive in the 1880s, they learn that the SpaceBall One is on its way, and they must exploit its weakness. Kirk, during the attack on the Spaceball, drops a nuclear bomb, saving the day. It ends with Kirk receiving the flux capacitor from Princess Amadalla.

Episode Two: Attack of the Clones:

Terran-Vasudan Alliance have set up a hidden base on Babylon 5. Kirk becomes stranded after escaping a wild Snooki's lair, but not before cutting its arm off with his plasma sword. He gets a vision from the ghost of Gandolf, telling him to find his master. Malcom (having previously wanted to leave Babylon) finds and saves him in time.

Abe Lincoln, under the guidance of a mysterious master, is searching the galaxy for Kirk. He ends up acting on a hunch, attacking Babylon 5. Kirk tries to defend Babylon, while it is evacuated. Afterwards, Kirk goes to find Gandolf's master, Morgan Freeman, to complete his training.

Malcom flees Babylon 5 with GLaDOS and Padme, and get chased by Umbrella Corporation ships. After escaping them, they go to the city in the clouds known as Laputa. They land and are met by Mal's friend, Indiana Jones. Indiana Jones ends up betraying Mal to Umbrella Corporation. Mal is then frozen and taken by the bounty hunter, Rick Deckard.

Meanwhile, during his training, Kirk decides, against Morgan Freeman's wishes, to go rescue his friends. Indiana Jones calls his robotic servant, Spock, to help him take out the Umbrella soldiers and escape, along with Padme and GLaDOS. They end up escaping in the Galactica.

Kirk, in another part of Laputa, ends up facing Abe Lincoln in a plasma sword battle. During which, Kirk gets injured, and Abe reveals that he is Kirk's father. Kirk jumps down a shaft and lands on the Galactica.

The movie ends with them arriving at an Alliance medical facility to treat Kirk's wounds.

Episode Three: Revenge of the Jedi

Deckard has brought Mal to the evil crime lord, Snorlax. Amadalla ends up sneaking into Snorlax's compound. Before getting caught, she manages to unfreeze Mal. They're both imprisoned. Kirk arrives and is imprisoned also, but not before Snorlax attempted to feed him to a Gundam.

Snorlax takes them out to the wastelands outside of New Vegas and attempts to feed them to a necromorph. However, Kirk's plasma sword was hidden inside of GLaDOS, allowing them to escape.

Kirk visits Morgan Freeman again, and learns that he must face Abe Lincoln and the evil emperor. He also learns that Padme is his long lost twin sister.

The group ends up uniting again, and learns from Commander Shepard that there is a new plot by Umbrella Corporation to create another superweapon, a Mothership. Kirk, Mal, GLaDOS, and Padme infiltrate the planet Kashyyyk, which the incomplete Mothership orbits, in a stolen ship, while Indiana Jones takes the Galactica with the Mothership attack force.

On Kashyyyk, the group encounter the horcrux, which end up helping them, thanks to GLaDOS. That night, Kirk reveals to Padme that he is her brother and that he must face his father, Abraham Lincoln. Kirk leaves, and is taken to Lincoln, who then brings him before the Emperor, Galactus.

The group attacks VersaLife building and plant a bomb on the universal constructor, which then allows for the attack fleet in orbit to attack the mothership.

Galactus reveals to Kirk that the mothership is fully operational, as it begins destroying attacking Alliance ships. Kirk, ultimately, resists, and Galactus attempts to kill him. Abe snaps, going to his son's aid and kills Galactus. Abe dies, having saved his son. Indiana Jones implants the computer virus on to the mothership, causing it to explode.

The movie ends with cake.

Some one should find a way to get all the involved video game characters into some flexible game engine and make a machinima film with it. I'd pay real money to see Zarn's vision!

EDIT: I'd even do Kirk's voice!
