I figured it would be a show I would like but never cared enough to watch it as aired. Watch two seasons on Netflix recently. It's entertaining. I found it amazing that pretty much all of the characters are so bad that you couldn't care less when something bad happened to any of them.

Funny thing is that yesterday I heard the roar of an engine and tires squealing in my culdesac. I looked out the window to see that a silver F150 had whipped around and was on the way out. Then I saw that my mom was in my driveway. I went out to meet her and she told me that she thought she had plenty of room but must have pulled out in front of that guy and been going too slow for him. So he followed her to my driveway and pulled that little stunt. I had images of jumping on a bike and following the dirtbag culminating in a beatdown for following and intimidating an 80 year old woman. I'm still somewhat remorseful that I didn't accomplish something similar.

Is this what they mean when they say violent television shows and music cause people with under-developed brains to behave in a manner considered socially unacceptable?

What, were you planning to push his car from the road with your bike?
It's good you didn't get yourself into a risky situation to show some *******.

Not that risky, pick on little old lady = get beaten up 20 minutes later by guy on motorbike. Like the spanish inquisition, no-one expects it.

My mom and her friend were chased for 3 miles and rear ended by a guy in a truck in the middle of nowhere in Nebraska or something like that, and they have no idea why he did it. They called the cops while it was happening, and they ended up meeting up with a cruiser in the next town, but the guy drove off the main road after a while so they never got a chance to look at his license plate. I think people in their vehicles feel anonymous and powerful, and that's why they act that way. Had I been there, I imagine I would have acted in a very brash way. Even typing the story enrages me, thinking about someone terrorizing my mother like that.

I have no idea what media the punk consumes.

Well, I don't have a motorcycle so it was essentially just a mild fantasy. Although the punk certainly needs to learn that his behavior, as Antony puts it, is socially unacceptable.

Yeah it seems like when people get behind the wheel they feel invincible.

A couple months ago I was just driving along, when a guy in an Audi was trying to merge off the freeway. I stayed at a consistent speed, and didn't change lanes, I was doing nothing wrong. Our lanes were about to merge but the other guy had a yield sign. Well his lane ended but he continued to drive in the shoulder next to me! Then he slammed his brakes, got behind me then into the other lane, passed me and flicked me off!

Traffic was backed up a little bit and he got far ahead of me, a couple minutes later I see him in another lane turning left, so I simply waved him the bird right back and just continued on my marry way. At the next stop light, I noticed there he was, right behind me. Without hesitation I got out and walked up to his car. Now this was not a small guy, he was actually quite big, he says "Oh you wanna be a tough guy" I said no buddy, why the **** are you following me? He said some bull**** like I sped up, and I said **** you, you had a yield sign, go to hell. So I said my peace, walked back to my car and took off, he didn't follow me after that.

Funny thing is that he probably saw my truck and, using his inbred logic, decided it was best for him to get the hell out of there. His logic might have been flawed but at least he reached the right conclusion.
