I don't know jack about the Muppets, but I imagine if it's written by Jason Segel, with him in it, and the songs are by Bret Mckenzie (Flight of the Conchords), it'll probably have some quality to it.

This does look pretty awesome. I sorta want to know more about now. I wonder if this has been a dream of Jason Segel's for a while, based on that Vampire Muppet Musical in Forgetting Sarah Marshall.
