My first race. It was awesome.















I raced the 24 Hours of Lemons race at Summit Point with Mod Squad Racing over the weekend - our second car blew a heater hose, water pump, and head gasket about halfway though the first day, but Mod Squad 1 held together and performed flawlessly. To be fair, it was MS2's maiden race so it'll be a while before all the kinks are worked out.

I was far from the fastest driver out there, but I didn't get black flagged at all so I'm happy (spin, off track, or contact). With ~100 cars on a 2 mile track, it was pretty busy. The above photos are from my 3rd stint in the car near the end of the second day, so a lot of cars had broken by then.

I was gonna guess Destruction Derby, based on how beatup your car is.

It's beat because people crash - the half-door is because they got t-boned a couple months ago. The cage held so they welded the door shut, made a half door and called it good enough.

With a good driver, that car is seriously fast on a tight road course.
