posted about this a while ago, about the homeless schizophrenic fullerton man who was beaten to death by police.
charges were filed against two of the police involved. one is charged with manslaughter and the main offending officer was charged with 2nd degree murder.

Like I mentioned in the last thread, Jay Cicinelli is the one who is buddies with the police chief and the DA. Not a big surprise that Cicinelli's not being charged with murder, even though witnesses have said that he's the one who did the worst of it.

I predict the worst punishment Cicinelli gets is an early retirement with full pension.

yeah, pretty much. the Ramos is the one who instigated and escalated it, but Cicinelli is the one who did the most damage, and honestly probably the one who caused Kelly's death. i wish he would at least get voluntary manslaughter. but, not going to happen.

honestly though, its remarkable they were even able to get charges filed.

Not really. They're all self-serving, corrupt little ****s. Considering the massive amount of federal scrutiny, public pressure, and credible death threats, I think it would be more remarkable if they didn't.

I'm sure another reason charges were filed is because Ramos and Cicinelli are a lot safer in prison right now.
