I got a 128GB SSD (per previous thread) and cloned my old OS drive to it with no hitches and everything running stable and at full speed, so I'm about to reformat that drive (640GB) and repurpose it. What should I use it for? I already have a 2TB drive I'm using for storage (large files that don't fit on my SSD, e.g. movies, games I don't play often, other things in User folder)

Anyone have any creative or obvious suggestions or anecdotes/experiences?

Sell it, use it for storage, play with virtual machines, FTP server of some sort, make a second computer using it and some junk, coasters.

What speed is your 2TB? Just asking because if it's a 5400rpm or variable speed drive then it might still be useful to have a standard 7200rpm drive. Personally I would probably dedicate the 640gb as my Steam game drive.

Partition it with 128GB on one partition, and then use the rest for whatever. Use the 128GB partition to mirror the SSD drive as a backup. If you don't want to use all that space, you could at least leave a small partition with a system image so you can restore your PC to the current state.
