Jim C. Hines
Also a WOTF 1st place winner, author of the Goblin Quest series, works frequently appear in popular SF magazines (eg. Strange Horizons).
Cat Rambo
Another SF/F writer whose work appeared in Strange Horizons, Clarkesworld, Asimov's, etc. Though personally I wouldn't call myself a big fan, but I'm sure that there are a great number of people who would.
But man! Have you heard of Jason Sanford? Just realized he's in my Circles as well. That guy's work is simply
amazing. I was completely blown away by the first story of his I've read,
When Thorns Are The Tips Of Trees. It's now available for free to listen to on Starship Sofa. If you like well written stories, you do
not want to miss this one out. Here's a link:

In fact,
Interzone dedicated their 231st issue to him, publishing 3 of his stories and an interview (I don't have that issue unfortunately... Damn!).
Same goes for Tim Pratt. His
Impossible Dreams is a story I'll probably never forget, just for how damn well written it is. Won a Hugo for Best Short Story in 2007. Free on Escapepod:
