I can see how this would sound like a good idea in someone's head, but it's kinda retarded.

I can't think of a single way this law would actually help anyone in the U.S., but I'm also not sure what it has to do with free speech.

Well, if the huffington post is accurate and not overblowing this.... Then it would be illegal to even talk about doing something in another country that is illegal in the US.

Then I think the Huffington Post has (surprise!) exaggerated its case a little. Conspiracy laws don't criminalize mere discussion of illegal activity.

But it WOULD criminalize doing something in another country that is legal there and illegal here. It's saying, if you're an American citizen, you're bound by American laws everywhere. I wonder if they are also planning on doing anything about American citizens who are arrested for breaking foreign laws, but aren't doing anything illegal here... no, they are not. They only care about locking more people up, because drug prohibition doesn't enable crime.

Well, yes. The law's a bad idea. Just not seeing the free speech angle at all.

Dont discuss any of these "planned activities" in email or phone text (or with a cop) and you should be okay.

Maybe this will result in some 'cleaner' massassi threads. On second thought, no it won't. It's those UK based massassians that cause all the problems. :)

"prohibits drugs like marijuana"

Of course, that's like the worst one!

You throw them yuppies in jail TX representative!

Guns, alcohol and executing retards are ok, but that ****s just plain BAD!

Im glad i know what politicians are really worried about. Its been the same thing forever.

They only go together because drugs are illegal. :|

Because THEY made it illegal!

But when i say crime I was referring to more of a violent crime. Add "to humanity" at the end of crime in my last post. Said crimes may still include drugs (which are obviously crime because they are illegal in the literal sense) but do you consider them to be a bad thing? Would you consider them a mortal (or moral) crime?

Its really hard to argue against anti-drug laws when they include an array of drugs that thankfully are illegal and that I would not want any human to do. IM just sick of the criminalization (of course its a word, would i lie to you? :awesome:) of pot dealers. Were all going out getting drunk every night, buying gallons of alcohol for any trivial occasion we can think of, then we turn around and berate and judge people for THEIR lifestyle (which mirrors our own).

Here is the plan, we make everything legal. Weed, pot, coke (and crack [for the black people and christian bale]), meth, heroin, molly. This way all those stupiid enough to do these drugs will OD and kill themselves thus ridding the world of stupid people, whilst simultaneously making llife for casual drug users easier!

DISCLAIMER: Im not serious about this solution, so i dont wanna read a bunch of posts telling my why it wont work. Dont care. I just want to revel in the though of mass indirect suicide for junkies all over america. Actually i guess you could call it assisted suicide. :XD:

PS- as much as i like psychedelics, i would never want the public at large to get their hand on em. That is how crazy people become crazier. Plus there would be mass murder and irrational crime that cannot be stopped because even the cops are trippin man! -End Retarded Fantasy
