I could use some vibes

At the end of June I lost the circulation in my right arm due to blood clots caused by my clavicle pinching my subclavian against my first rib. the clots were removed with blood thinners and I've been on blood thinners to reduce resulting clots in my lungs since then.
Tomorrow I'm going in to get my 1st rib removed. This will put an end to the problems though from my understanding it has a pretty slow recovery time attached to it.
Any spare vibes would be greatly appreciated.

Serious vibes. I got one of my ribs removed, and I'm not going to lie to you, the healing process sucked. Sit still and give yourself the time you're going to need to heal. I was sore, but it's not so much painful though, just... uncomfortable.

Vibes indeed! Hey, is that sort of thing common? For years I've often lost blood circulation in my left arm when carrying stuff, or sometimes just randomly happened. Was a temporary thing, though, I'd regain full use of my arm shortly afterwards. Dang! Make sure they give you your rib, though. Then you can craft some fancy musical instrument out of it.

I got the rib. I had my parents take it home already. I'm thinking of making a bracelet out of it or something. I would have gone home today but there were some complications and my right lung filled with blood. They've put in a chest tube and have been draining excess blood for almost 2 days now. I'm hoping to get outt of here by the weekend, though we'll see. Thanks for the vibes thus far.

I made it back home today. Still really weak from the blood loss. I lost about half of my red blood cells from the complications. I don't know where the rib is, I'll post a picture tomorrow when I find it. The incision is pretty raunchy too.

Glad to hear you aren't dead, but please be careful not to move or breathe too deeply. That was the slowest healing scar I've ever had, and it kept tearing and bleeding long after my back and deflated lung healed. I never take the time I need for my operations, but that was the one time where I really wish I had babied it.

I'm taking Jedikirby's advice and taking it slow for a while. though I felt well enough today to post some pictures!
Honestly I was surprised and a little disappointed when I saw the rib. I figured with all the pain and suffering it would be a lot bigger. Also the contents of the bag are about 20 anticoagulant syringes, pain killers, stool softeners, and anti nausea. And in relation to a past threat, that's my goatee, I still cant grow a full beard.

is it wrong I thought that burger looked delicious before I realized that was my rib photoshopped inside of it? When I asked if I could keep the thing they said it would still have meat on it, I was almost tempted to try it up and eat it if it was a substantial amount. But things didn't play out that way. I don't think I could have brought myself to do it in reality.

Plus I still have some llama meat in my freezer a co-worker gave me. I should probably find a way to eat that before I think of eating myself.
