Holiday Logo Contest 2011!

To submit a logo for the contest, just follow this simple set of guidelines:

  1. The logo's dimensions must be 384x154 (the size of our current logo)
  2. The logo must be compressed decently in JPG, GIF, or PNG format.
  3. The logo must not be animated.
  4. The logo must contain "Massassi Temple" in some form.
  5. Quality over quantity! Your name will be displayed under it so do your best!
  6. It must be festive, tying in with one of the many holidays in December!
  7. Star Wars themes get bonus points!

When you're finished, either post your image here OR email it to webmaster@sorrowind.net. Remember, you only have until the end of December to submit logos!

The winner will receive, as always, the one-shot option of having an avatar. Usurp the almighty hypnotoad and win this year's contest! The winner will be decided by nomination and vote.

Currently doing this extremely late at night, and since there are currently 0 submissions, turning on the rotation is a bit silly. So once I get a usable submission, I'll flip the "switch" and turn on the logo rotations.

Haha, FGR that's brilliant.

[Edit] CM: Will you incorporate past logos into the rotation for the contest? Didn't we use some algorithim in the past that made the older logos appear less often, but still manage to run in the rotation?

Yes, it will rotate old logos, with a weighted random selection.

Edit: Also, Antony, I'm rejecting that. If you're going to use my face, at least edit the hell out of it and make it a little less obvious. The photo combined with the text would really suck if it came up in Google :P (I can see employers taking that seriously).

In short, if you're gonna do that, do it like FGR.
