Hey all. Unlike Triscuit, I actually intend to make a few bucks off of the computer that I am trying to sell. I lost my job last month and have been unable to find a new one as of just yet (no sympathy needed) and as a result I am trying to sell my old computer parts.

The computer has everything it needs to run, save for the hard drives, and comes in a mid-size tower. Here are the specs below:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor BX80570E8400 (Overclocks like a champ and can run perfectly stable under any stress load at 3.6 ghz).

Motherboard: ASUS P5Q Pro LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard (Never had any issues with this board).

RAM: OCZ Platinum Revision 2 3GB (3 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ2P800R22GK (I had 4GB of Ram but unfortunately one stick died on me).

GPU: ASUS EAH4870 DK TOP/HTDI/512MD5 Radeon HD 4870 512MB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card (IMO it's still a great card, could run Bad Company 2 at full settings with no issues, also played The Old Republic beta on this at mostly high settings and no problems as well).

PSU: Antec 500W Power Supply (Pretty new still, only about 2 years old).

CPU Fan: 1 x XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 120mm Rifle CPU Cooler I5 775 AMD compatible (Excellent CPU fan - keeps processor under 45 degrees Celcius even while overclocked to 3.6 ghz under a full load).

I also have a Microsoft Wireless mouse and keyboard set that I wouldn't mind throwing in as well. Both work fine and use a USB receiver. If someone would like this separate from the computer just let me know.

Honestly I don't really know what my asking price is for this, I guess just whatever seems reasonable. I have been a member of Massassi since 2002 but have been around the community since around '99. I can assure you that everything is in working condition and has been taken care of. In fact, I actually still have most of the manuals, additional cables, and accessories that came with all of these parts. So they are available upon request as well.

If anyone is interested, feel free to post in this thread or PM me, whichever you feel is more appropriate. I really don't want to turn this into a bidding war, I am just looking to get rid of this stuff and make a small amount of cash on the side.

Also, if anyone just wanted the parts without the case, feel free to let me know that as well, as it would greatly reduce the price of shipping.

Yeah, I bought it. My desktop's been having issues and well behind the times. I think I still might use it for a media center thing. I really just wanted a machine to play some modern-ish games here and there and to have as a main PC. Thanks to Dark_Knight for being so awesome getting it out quickly!

The one little thing I chose to leave out about the rig was in regards to the crazy spider infestation that I found within the computer. Sure am glad to get rid of that!
