Yes, because offering DOS for download is just insane. It must take up whole entire megabytes of server space, using up maybe a whole gigabyte of bandwidth a month! And with all those security patches they have to never make on it, it is just a huge investment.

with less sarcasm:
There is a ton of stuff out there that still uses DOS. Especially industrial hardware. Industrial hardware that would cost more than your entire college tuition. This is hardly stupid or crazy.

Guys the joke is that since tibby doesn't use dos for anything other than screwing around, no one else does either.

Side note: I still find it hilarious that tibby *****ed for years about having a crappy computer, and now that he has a decent one, he builds ****ty old ones for fun.
