Hello friends. It's high time we came to learn about our fellow Massassians and celebrate their culture! In today's installment, we examine the great nation of Finland.
Finland is an island nation located approximately somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean. First colonized in the year 500 by Viking explorers, it has come to be the greatest of the nations ending in the word 'land', edging out Iceland, Greenland, and the mythical Vinland.
FUN FACT: Finland has the best public education system in the world.
Finland is home to two very special Massassians, krokodile and Fastgamerr, both of whom have proven themselves to be upstanding gentlefinns time and again. Well done fellows, you are both true ambassadors of Finnishmen everywhere.
Here is kroko giving us the international sign of feelin' fine. A-OK my Finnish friend!

FUN FACT: In Finland, the duck is the domestic animal of choice.
Although Finland is largely a peace-loving nation they have been embroiled in a 'cold war' of sorts against Switzerland since the late fifties. Lead for years by fearless president Tarja Halonen the Finns have a "Finn Curtain" over all things Finnish as regards the Swiss. We can only hope that one day the various covert actions and proxy wars will cease, and Finn and Swiss will walk hand-in-hand towards a better tomorrow.
Finnish Prime Minister Tarja Hallonen feeling sad but determined regardig the Finno-Swiss war.
DID YOU KNOW?: In Finland, ice hockey is played with a ball instead of a puck.
Finland's flag is a simple yet elegant design of white and blue. The white represents snow, which is Finland's chief export (this makes up the largest portion of Finland's GDP). The blue cross is a reference to the long-forgotten crazy viking religion once practiced by Finlanders.
The flag of a great nation. Hail Finland!
That concludes our international education for today. I hope you learned something valuable about Finland, and I further hope that our Finland Massassians will check in to answer any and all questions you might have on topics such as but not limited to:
Finally, I ask us all to rise for a moment and observe the national anthem of Finland, or as the Finns call it, Suomi Suomi.
