I find these "top ten" or "top five" lists to be worthless when the percentages are so close. There isn't a lot of difference between #1 and #5, maybe 3 or 4 people per hundred. I doubt there's much that's special about these 5 cities, they just happen to be at the top of a huuuuge list of American cities ordered from fattest to least fat with not much difference (percentage wise) from one city to the next.

I actually lived in Huntington for 5 years while going to college. At the time, it was #1 on the list, but it's not just one city, in this case, it's the whole area.
