We currently have six pages of banned users. Of those six pages, MAYBE two could be populated by actual users, and the vast majority of bans of actual users are closer to 2008 than 2012.

You should have seen the ban list before I pruned the users yesterday. I deleted 3.5k accounts yesterday (all with zero posts).
