Yeah, it's kind of a backhanded compliment, but the point stands. At least when you post generally useless threads they're fun. And you don't take yourself as seriously. And I don't hate you anymore.

Ahhh... Chiptunes. Brings back some memories. Definitely a lot of me driving around in my car with some friends and blasting Shonen over my radio. Also, a lot of my friends screaming "WTF ARE YOU MAKING US LISTEN TO?! IS THIS SUPPOSED TO BE AN OLD VIDEO GAME THEME SONG!?"

Then, after the inevitable long explanation which required me to turn down my radio, I would turn it up again with an evil grin.

This was usually follow with, "ROCKY... SOMETIMES I REALLY F***ING HATE YOU. SERIOUSLY, DUDE. F***KING. HATE."



Shonen a.k.a. Thomas Larkin. Pretty cool guy the few times I've talked to him.

I've tried never to take myself seriously, especially on the internet, I get very tired of the same old "OMFG OBAMA IS BLACK AND PRESIDENT" or something threads where everyone rages and then JonC teabags everyone with his giant balls and brain.

Those threads can be interesting and informative, but the chances of keeping them civil are nearly impossible.


Everynow and then I like to get really drunk and then post at Buffalo, no trouble in that, I'm just reppin a real hood, I'm suprised nobody else has posted a tribute to their city

Never said I knew a lot about the subject. By no means. Way to jump to conclusions there, bub. The only thing I did was give a bad anecdote on my few personal experiences with the genre & give a bump to Shonen. Because like I said, he's a pretty cool guy.

So if anything, it should read: "Ah sweet. Here's a thread about something I can tell a bad story about & annoy half of Massassi for no reason. Also, I could throw out a reference to that cool guy because if anyone else is actually interested in that music they could look him up. If not, hey, they could simply ignore it. No harm no foul."



Whereas your post could easy be read as: "Dur, here's a post where someone actually shared something instead of making a bad joke or two word comment about some other person's post... I should attack it. Maybe I could make a bad joke out of it. Yeah... I'll do that & it will TOTALLY be original and never have been done before by anyone on this board. Yeah..."
