Lately I have been drinking a lot of club soda. Where I would normally drink regular water, now I crack open a can and let the fizzy bubbles refresh me. I'm probably drinking upwards of 24 cans a week. Do you think this is bad? Rudimentary internet research suggests no, but I should cut back if this is going to kill me or something - I have so so much to live for!
