Lately I have been drinking a lot of club soda. Where I would normally drink regular water, now I crack open a can and let the fizzy bubbles refresh me. I'm probably drinking upwards of 24 cans a week. Do you think this is bad? Rudimentary internet research suggests no, but I should cut back if this is going to kill me or something - I have so so much to live for!

I would assume it is largely harmless. Now, if you're a jackass from Buffalo who's swimming in Gordon's Gin and tonic water every night, then the bill is eventually going to come due.

I bought a Sodastream, which is excellent if you like to drink bubbly water.

I once drank so much club soda that it made my dick literally explode. It took weeks to grow back. You don't want this.

If I want something refreshing, hydrating, and tasteless, water is good. If I want something bubbly, it's gotta have a lot of sugar too.

I really doubt there's a problem with it, other than copious urination. Especially low sodium.

Personally I love me the hell out of some tonic water with a bit of lime in it. Then I noticed how much sugar and potassium it has in it so I don't quaff it by the jugfull anymore.
