So, I've been vomiting and having diarrhea for 10 hours now. I was puking in trash can while on the toilet. Do I need to go to the hospital?

Maybe not the hospital. Try an urgent care clinic. It might be nothing, but It might be serious. Probably just food poisoning. ​I AM NOT A DOCTOR.
