Two things, first, how do you stop a taunt in JO that you start by typing /+taunt into the console, and second, how do you bind a taunt to a key?

/bind "yourkey" +taunt

does it work only for that game, or does it still register if you exit then load it again?

It saves it in a .cfg file. This file contains all your players atributes and binds. So unless you delete this file you should keep every bind.
