So lately I've been seriously trying to swing a transfer at work. I'll have been in my current department for six years at the end of this week actually and I'm dying for a change. There's a data center position open up in Connecticut I am really psyched for since I'd get to work with my hands again instead of just get fat at my desk all day. And it'd get my partner and I out of a ****ty-yet-still-expensive part of Colorado which would help a lot because it really kind of sucks here.

Any vibes or what-have-you's that this might at all work out would be appreciated. I may even grudgingly accept prayers, I want it so bad.
