that is because perspective-correct texture mapping requires two additional expensive floating point divides so older 3d hardware and software games would perform the divides once for a large chunk of pixels and linearly interpolate the value across the polygon face, and also nope.

basic theories and algorithms, for an undergrad engineering student

one for programming in specific API's (prefer OpenGL unless you think another would be better) wouldn't be bad either

hm honestly I just learned graphics from doing the needful. the basic stuff is 99.9999999% linear algebra (really affine geometry but SAME THING and you can learn the rest in a day), the querying algorithms that make modern games possible are all computational geometry which is ~graduate level algorithms and data structures stuff. i can expound but this isn't really the thread for it.

No, no, it's definitely Plants vs. Zombies. If you look closely you can see the grid just beyond the fence. It's just from the over-the-shoulder cam, which threw me off at first.
