Can anyone help with uploading videos to youtube?

I'm trying to upload a video but youtube is rejecting everything ("the server has rejected the file"). It doesn't like my150mb MPEG-2, my 4kb .mov, or my 40mb .m4v. I'm too tired to keep working on this tonight but would appreciate any suggestions on how to make this work.

I'm sure facebook videos are easier but I'd sort of rather have a youtube channel.

Is the file actually completely uploading? Did you try their alternative uploader? YouTube will take just about any video format you can throw at it.

(I don't think the Facebook suggestions above were serious, btw)
