So newegg opened a new warehouse and because it's located in my state i now have to pay sales tax on their site... they sent an email offering three months of newegg premier for free for people in indiana... i sign up for it, but i got charged $50 and i emailed their support about this issue and this is the response i got

Just call them. I find their phone support much better than email.
