I hope she's an interesting character in the end for the trailer to focus so much on her. Kinda of reminds me of the lead in Mad Max Fury Road but she developed into a cool badass character throughout that film, Miller letting the viewer to discover that along the way. Being told the character is a badass right away is different (granted that this is a teaser...)

Didn't watch this trailer with sound yet but it doesn't look like a Star Wars movie to me. I think that is good. I really hope that they get creative with the spin off movies.
Sorry for the lousy German

I don't know if its good or not, will have to wait and see (but it does feel Star Warsy to me, but in a different, evolved way). I'm more interested in the Grand Admiral we see in the trailer.

I don't like nitpicking, but don't those AT-AT's have different heads? They look weird.

The main character would appear to be Jan Ors, except she's named Jyn Erso. Half-hoping for Kyle Katarn to show up.

Otherwise, looks neato.

ho ho **** I hope somewhere, someone was inspired by Jan Ors for her. Hahaha.

Anyway, trailer looks neat. I agree that it feels oddly un-Star Wars-y, but that's probably a good thing.

I'm gonna wait for the final product.

I think the whole list-of-charges line could have come from a good-cop-that-doesn't-play-by-the-rules drama. It's good that the Rebels do a background check on all future employees.

The vehicle the Imperials ride reminds me of a low-profile armored (anti-tank?) WW2 tank that, for the life of me, I can't remember.

It looks promising.

Jyn Ersa is the sort of name you'd get after putting a "Dark Forces" treatment through the Hollywood exec wringers. I'd guess the project started its life as a Kyle Katarn movie even if it doesn't end up as one.

Shame though, Katarn's pretty much the only way I'll convince myself to see it.
