Some users who were banned during the time I wasn't here have been contacting me via email to get access again. I do understand that probably all of these people were banned for a very good reason (or reasons!). However, I've decided to give people another chance. If you see someone pop up who has previously been banned, please give them the benefit of the doubt and please don't bring up the old/past behavior, let's focus on things from here on out.
