I never used the fusion cutter a lot

the crossbow is outclassed by the repeater though, and they use the same ammo type so *shrug*

the repeater was more satisfying in Dark Forces too.

DF's weapons just felt better than JK.

Also the Arc Hammer is pretty damn cool. I wish they'd use this design in a film. It's still basically a star destroyer but like, a teensy bit creative?

did you know the original level 5 was removed from JK??? apparently it was going to involve swoop racing, based on some leftover files from MotS. Maybe we would have had driveable cars in JK much earlier if they hadn't removed that level - Sad!!!!!

One of my favorite things to do in DF back in the day was to put on God mode and then proceed to vanquish every last baddie with my bare hands. God damn that crunching sound was satisfying.

Was anybody else bothered by those rings they added to the death star I&II in the special editions of the OT movies? I thought it looked pretty tacky (well, just like pretty much every change in the SE, actually).

Never bothered me at all. I thought it was much more cinematic and far more realistic. I would say it is one of the most realistic movie explosion scenes ever second, probably, only to the landmine detonation from The General's Daughter.
