Hell has frozen over because a total conversion mod actually saw the light of day!

It's a total conversion of X-Wing Alliance (using the X-Wing Alliance Upgrade project) that lets you play all the missions of TIE Fighter in a newish engine. As you don't need to own TIE Fighter to play it it will probably be taken down by Disney in about 3 seconds.
