Archeologists near Mount Sinai have discovered what is believed to be a missing page from the Bible. The page is currently being carbon dated in Bonn. If genuine, it belongs at the beginning of the Bible and is believed to read "To my darling Candy. All characters portrayed within this book are fictitous and any resemblance to persons living or dead is purely coincidental." The page has been universally condemned by church leaders.

The case didn't break, but the console doesn't work anymore. Would that soldier still work after the case had blocked a shot?

Oh, my bad. I didn't actually read the article and assumed that someone shielded themselves with the xbox from the shooter.

Anyhow, maybe Microsoft made the console bullet-proof on purpose... maybe they knew someone might have the nerve to shoot the Xbox in case the Xbox was a POS so they prepared for it :P.

It's way to bulky to use as armor.
2003-12-04, 2:46 PM #28
You do know that the Xbox really isnt that big, right? Its the size of a NES, and they just filled the rest of the plastic box with lead. Thats what deflected the bullet.

In his rage he probably had poor aim and the bullet probably didn't hit it dead on. It probably glanced off the side of it at a low angle. I'm sure if a 9mm bullet was shot at an Xbox dead-on the side it would penetrate it. At a low enough angle a lot of things can deflect bullets.
