i went on the zone today, to play my old favourite in my library, jedi knight, and i was going to get back into doing new levels, and skins and such....but there was only 20 people in there...is jedi knight long and dead now? or is there another server everyone plays on that i have not seen yet, id love to get back into it, ive made skins and such for outcast, but its not the same like jedi knight

It's more like just playing Jedi Knight on Zone is dead and gone. I know that's what got me to really stop playing it with all those stupid updates they were doing with Zone, like when they made it require an MSN passport.

I'll be playing JK until developers are able to create a CTF experience that can compare to the likes of The Challenge at Nar Shaddaa & Fusion. I've been waiting since 1998 and it has yet to happen, so I'm a bit pessimistic. Tribes, Quake II, and Quake III (CCTF) are the only things even remotely close so far. Until that day comes...

Another "JK is dead" statement/question and another nickle "finds its way" into Kedri's tight purse-strings... (anyone else think Kedri should stop bullying people to say that line to increase his income ??? )

Since the dawn of time (otherwise known as: "JK - The Era Begins") many games have come and gone - some have "stolen" the Massassian's attention for mere days or months, but eventually every Massassian is compelled to revisit nostalgia - and there, on the shelf (you can see them now - tempting you - give in to your Dark-side !!!) will be the dusty and well-worn through (but still completely playable) CDs...

I think that JK (oh go on then - "and the Massassi community" ) deserve special mention espcially if we're still going for over a decade (10 years !!!) - so come on - dig in and fight the good fight - we've got another GOOD 3 years left in us at least !!!

And, just on this one occasion, I consider GBK to be a "truly wise" individual - but only this once - don't go getting your hopes up GBK

I think that Massassi has gone for a decade. JK hasn't. I am guessing that a lot of people don't come to Massassi these days for the latest JK news since that subject isn't exactly making significant progress.
