Hi!
What was your favourite place in the Myst series. Mine were:

Myst:
I don't think I had one...

Riven:
The aquarium under the Map island.

Myst3:
The Age with the Marble puzzle.

URU:
Gahreesen, the place with the rotating buildings. I especially like the big fortress! It gives a nice Space Ship feel to it. Must be the door design...

Now, I don't know the names of the places, so a little description would be good. And I've only played Myst, Riven, Myst3 Exile, and URU. Haven't played URU live yet. But I'll be getting there!

My favorite place in Myst is Selenitic as a whole. In Riven, probably the jungle island.

I haven't played enough of Exile to have a favorite place, and I don't have Uru yet.

Ahhh... More myst Players...

Lets see

Myst: the imaging chamber

Riven: The Village (I love the houses)

Exile: Probably the launching chamber for the blimp on Voltaic

Uru: No question, outside of Gahreesen, but Some parts of Elder Kadish (sic) were close...

Uru Live: Well, let me tell you there is not a whole lot of new content YET... My personal favorate place is probably the Hall of kings and the balcony just past it overlooking the concert hall (not accessable yet).

You know, We should probably start a Massassi 'hood on one of the shards(servers), that is if we have a number of Massassians who actaually plan on playing...

I only played the first one... I'd have to say my favorite place was the world with the trees and the platforms inbetween them... Dont really remember much of the game though.

Hm... I'm not firmilliar with Elder Kadish... Do you mean The Kadish Tolesa Age? The blue-purple age with trees?

And I think it's a greate idea to create an 'ood here at Massassi. Only problem would be that I don't think you can make your own cabin there. But what the heck... Make 4! One for JK, another MotS, one for JO, and one more for JA.

And I'm working on making a Gahreesen look alike. I'm actually putting a lot of effort (and the lack of it) currently on the Big Fortress. Doors are crappy though... Anyway... Any other Myst-ians out there with a favourite Myst place?

Your right, the name is Kadish Tolesa Age, I always call it Elder Kadish. As for the 'hood, In uru Live you can create your own neighborhood. These neighborhoods all look the same, and have the same stuff, but they represent a basic area where people can get together... It would be rather easy to get a Massassi hood, but I think we would need at least five players to do that...

Tomorrow night Ill try post some pictures of my current 'hood (they all look the same anyway)... They people there aren’t too friendly... Not that their unfriendly, its just they have no reason to talk to me or anyone else as we were all (all 150 of us) automatically just set to this ‘hood…

And I thought that URU Live was that, you come to a neighborhood, make a nice little cabin somewhere, and decorate it any way you wish, then join some friends in a quest that someone else has made/writen.

Myst: Stoneship Age.

I liked the mystical feeling the atmosphere had to it.

I remember playing it in like, 5th grade. It was the rage for quite a few people at my school. Pretty weird looking at it now... Other than that though, I remember nothing of it. I have the game box sitting on the shelf next to me though.
