I recently had the opportunity to talk to Adam Byrne, an animator at Blizzard. He's working on World of Warcraft.

I used to work alongside Leo LeBrun, a mapper. What we were working on (Zithia, how I miss thee) eventually crumbled and fell. He, like most of the others I was working with, was actually already a part of the industry. He ended up working for... the developer that made the Hobbit game for consoles. I learned a lot from him.

I was just talking to him today, he is a really cool guy. I showed him some of my stuff and got some pointers and then we just kind of chatted about games and stuff. also that portfolio is AMAZING.

I think I should invest excessive time and money into some art schools here in California... I really want to start drawing again, because of this man's amazing talent. He's even 9 feet tall!

That's pretty cool, being able to talk to a game developer like that. He seems really outgoing, oh and Thrawn, I never expected you to be 14....

Tell them that blizzard needs to branch out in the games department. They pretty much have three different game types: Diablo, Warcraft, and Starcraft. I know they've got others but those arent really big or anything. Just my opinion.

But ya thats cool thrawn and i thought you were older than me. You kick my a** at editing.
