Another wodge of problems from yours truly.

I've run into a few problems...

- Return to Castle Wolfenstein is giving me sound lag. If I fire, I have to wait about a second before I actually hear anything.
- Halo is randomly BSODing.
- Deus Ex keeps ejecting me randomly or just plain locking up.
- Sometimes when I leave programs and try to turn off, it refuses to.

I recently got a 9200 Atlantis with 256DDR, a new Asus mobo, 2400+ Thoroughbred and Kingston 256 PC333 2700 and they've worked fine. I have all the latest drivers, etc.

It might be my HDD. That's quite old, now. Plus, it's been formatted a fair few times, with an unsuccessful stint, unpartitioned and repartitioned multiple times. Even if I have only used about half it's capacity.

Advice, comments, money?

Yeah, but you know what? This one, this one right here, this was my dream, my wish, and it didn't come true. So I'm takin' it back. I'm takin' 'em all back.

Dual booting between 98SE and 2000.
Meaning 2000 for all the above, and 98SE for the old games, such as Fallout.

I'm by no means a techie, but I've played Deus Ex on a variety of PCs and it always seems to crash and lock up from time to time.
So that's prolly not your fault

I took out my SB 4.1 and used my on board setup. Was the 4.1 that much of a conflict meister or not?
