Wow. It's been so long. The first CD I ever got was Jock Jams 1, but I didn't buy it. It may have been Rage Against the Machine - Evil Empire, but I couldn't say for sure.

Probably Dead Winter Dead by Savatage. Before that I had never really found a band for whom I liked more than a couple of songs.

Earliest remembered ownership would be the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles soundtrack on tape.

The First CD I ever bought was White Zombie - La Sexorcisto. I can't remember the first tape I ever bought, but if I were to venture a guess, I'd probably say something from Metallica.
