Customizing Firebird

I've poked around a bit and I'm to lazy to do a Google search, besides, I'll probably get a more direct answer here.

Is there, hidden away somewhere, a graphics folder for Firebird that contains the buttons and such? I'd like to edit some of them (JUST the buttons mind you.) but haven't run across anything that looks to be them yet.

Is it possible? If so, where? Am I even making sense?

Um.... <Firebird install directory>/chrome/classic.jar maybe? Some .jar file like that.
