Who's this "Constitution" guy? Everyone seems to get him last.

I got Dean at mid 70s and Bush at about 15. The others I don't recall, cos I was too lazy when I did it to cut and paste the results here...

I answered honestly and was surprised to see Bush at the top. I think they are basing the results on his "positions" rather than his "actions" - Republicans have historically stood for tax cuts AND smaller government, while he has gone completely opposite (tax cuts and LARGER government). I think the more government we have, the less free we are.
