I'm surprised Tails didnt get more than an honerable mention. While HK-47 certainly was entertaining, I definately wouldnt have chosen him for first place myself.

Yeah - I was like "Where's Tails?" then I saw his little icon on the side. That just doesn't do him justice.

In fact, where's Rosh? He was the best sidekick ever! 9_9

Really.. People like Jan from DF2 and JO? Byte from Tron 2.0? That guy from Diablo 2 who said "HORADRIC CUBE" alot? None of them made it? But the letter D did? Meh.. I have yet to see a gamespy list I agree with.. this one just follows suit?

Checksum, do you mean Rush, the Megaman robo-dog? He was cool. I am glad they included the dog from Secret of Evermore, even if he's not in the top ten. I loved that game.

I am saddend by the fact that they didn't include the Titans from Black and White. I smacked that thing around made it do my dirty work like nobody's business. I loved it. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif] I imagine it would be difficult to include it, though, seeing as how there were a number to choose from, and there was no real point or flow to the game.

Rosh can go burn somewhere. I knew he was going to be some evil dude the second I saw him in the game. Well, then again, I predicted most of the plot of the entire game, but anyway...

Max should have gotten first, and kakdammit, Tails totally owns Yoshi. Except in Sonic Adventure. Squeaky voice is not good.

Ah well.

megaman's robot, luigi, Jan from the JK series, Alex Jacobson in deus ex, deckard cain in diablo 2/d2x, em'kay in XWA... they left out all the best sidekicks!

As much as I love Max, HK-47 is easily the most entertaining NPC I've ever seen in a game.

Oh, and I prefered that little beeping droid to HK-47. Yeah OK the idea of a maniacle protocol droid is entertaining, but I found him rather annoying.

It's nice to see that 3 of the 10 best sidekicks were from LucasArts games, and that they ranked very well.

I've been thinking about it more, and tails and yoshi dont really compare. Tails is to sonic as luigi is to mario. And where is luigi on that list anyways?

Then what was tails? They included him on the list, so I dont think whether or not you could play the character really counts. Especially since you could assume the role of HK-47 in KotOR.

From what little Ive played of KotOR (PC cant support, no XBox), I loved HK47 and found his quotes to be quite funny. Which reminds me, I gotta get to my friends and finish my game.
